Your level of interaction is completely up to you. The characters can participate in the parade and/or as well as join you in the driveway, keeping in mind for social differences ( if weather allows) as the rest of the parade goes by. Of course photos and singing happy birthday can be available at your discretion.                               Character selection is limited based on availability.​

​We are doing driveway play dates! Princesses or Heroes. So much fun, none of the worry. They are socially distant and fun for the whole family. We set up chalk or barriers to keep everyone safe. Enjoy photo opportunity, story time, toss games, and bubbles! Of course singing happy birthday can be available with special gift. Character selection is limited based on availability. Back Yard or Front Yard let the fun begin!  You'll have time to take your own photos, hear a story, play a game or two, bubbles and  of course singing happy birthday with special gift for the birthday child. Each party is for up to 12 children, not including the birthday girl.  Additional Characters available upon request for $100 additional


There is an additional charge of

  • $20 for multiple birthday girls

Enchanted Princess Parties is located in Upstate NY and recognizes that some days of the year we just don't have fabulous weather. During the winter season there will be poor winter weather.  For both the safety of our customers and staff members, in the event of a snow emergency, we reserve the right to reschedule your party.  We will do so as soon as possible, within the next 30 days of the original party date. There is no extra fee included in the rescheduled date.  Thank you for your understanding in advance.


Official Princess Parties Policies & Etiquette 

Preparing your space

It is important that you, your guests and character have a sufficient amount of space to utilize throughout the planned event. Your Royal Advisor will visit your space prior to the event and assist you in space preparation.  Games, songs and simple activities may be completed in almost any given space. It is our goal to ensure the character and guests all feel comfortable participating in the planned activities. The Royal Advisor may require a chair(s), electrical outlet, access to a garbage can and running water. Pets and very young children should be away from the activities to avoid injury. 


Our performers and party hosts always do a wonderful job of ensuring children stay on task as well as encouraging them to remain on their best behavior. However, if a child becomes unruly to the point of distracting the others, we ask that a parent remove the child from the current activities until they are calm and ready to join the group. We ask that anything that may cause distraction such as video games, loud toys, loud adult conversations etc. be placed in another space until our performer has fully completed the performance.

Occasionally, a child may not want to participate in an activity. Our performer will try to have the child participate, however it is helpful if the parent encourages the child’s participation as well. Parent interaction and general enthusiasm also plays an immensely important role in ensuring your event is as enjoyable as possible. Please do not hesitate to communicate with the Royal Advisor during the event with any concerns or requests. 

Reservation Policy

Our services are in high demand and are often booked well in advance.  We recommend at least 2-3 months advance notice for birthday parties, small events, large parties and corporate events. Last minute appointments are sometimes available. Please allow for flexibility in your requests.


You will receive an invoice via PayPal after speaking with an Enchanted Princess Party representative. If you have not received it by the following day, please contact us by phone or e-mail. This invoice can be paid online with PayPal. Follow the link in the body of the e-mail you receive to view the invoice. On the left side bar, under “Invoice Options”, click “Pay Invoice”. Click “Pay Now with PayPal”. If you have a PayPal account, log in. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to proceed with a credit card payment, click “Don’t Have a PayPal Account?” to log in as a guest. Fill out the required information.  After payment is received, you are guaranteed your selected date and time.  You will then receive a second email to request more specifics about your party.


Most clients do choose to “tip” the performer 10%-15%. However, gratuities are not expected and always very much appreciated. This is normally completed at the end of their performance in cash form. When time for the cash interaction, please simply convey gratuity to the Royal Attendant for your party. This should be done privately before or after the event and away from guests under the age of 13 years.

Cancellation Policy

 Please also keep in mind that Enchanted is a “mobile” service, and although we take great care into scheduling events, occasionally unfavorable traffic, weather conditions and other such issues may cause a slight delay in your event. If this does occur, the Royal Advisor on route to your event will notify  you as soon as possible. Your patience for such an occurrence is much appreciated. It is often helpful to provide a parking space, in driveway or very close to main entrance.

A 50% refund can be made for any cancellation 3 weeks or more from the scheduled event.  After that time we will be unable to issue a refund for any cancellations.  We appreciate your understanding that we have made your event our priority and specifically reserve the requested character.

In the event of bad weather/illness/events beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the event/party. In rare and extreme circumstances, when the character cannot for some reason get to your event/party, you would receive a 100% refund. However, we pride ourselves on superior customer service and work hard to ensure each event runs smoothly.
